Today I did another homemade Cathe blender workout for lower body. It included Push Pull. Legs & Glutes + RWH and AB. I really enjoyed the older workouts and the music.

I finally signed up for Cathe live again. So happy!
I did a doubles to make up for yesterday. First of Step express and the Vertical loading. The step had a strange box step on the step that felt awkward and made me scared of tripping over my own feet. I loved Vertical loading. Real good total body workout. Not a huge amount of core, but still good.

Rest day after yesterday's workout. I did walk around the mall and the large antique shops (little booths within a larger store in the mall) and found some treasures.

Linda I know the feeling about the doughnut, only it wasn't a doughnut, just a greasy dinner followed by a big piece of Daim cake from the Ikea. I actually felt ill afterwards and told my bf, next time you see me doing that please stop me. Although I doubt he will... We don't really comment on what the other eats. I don't think I could handle it if we did. I hate it when I hear others tell a story of how someone asked are you sure you should do that and how that made them feel. I guess I am extremely sensitive like that.

Hey ladies! Gee, another month that is just flying by me! Yikes.
Excellent workouts, walks all! Oh, Annette, antiques is a weakness of mine! Vintage clothes as well. I just spent hours on etsy looking at vintage East European blouses. lol. Ceci, I absolutely love the the older workouts, especially the weights ones. That's what's so fun about blendering ...you get a nice mix! :) Peg, I have yet to check out RapidFires. They are never on sale on Amazon! lol. Omg, Linda, nothing like a good doughnut right! I love those biegnets with different jams! So delicious! Henriette, congrats on getting back to Live. Have a blast! I'm with you, I cannot handle nitpickers about what I eat. A past workplace of mine was like that. EVERYbody was dieting and when I was eating sushi rolls, they would not miss a chance to tell me how many carbs are in rice. I enjoy my food and eating Asian cuisine means eating rice and noodles. :)

Last night/Saturday my workout was an Indoor Run & TB Weights with Pahla Bowers/youtube 35 minutes + ICE TTM Floorwork 19 minutes. Felt really great afterwards.
Watching an Icelandic show on NetFlix this weekend called Trapped. I just cannot stop watching!! Hope I can get in a workout Sunday.
 
Hi Everyone,

Today I did an upper body blender workout of: PUB + PHA sets x 2 after each body part. It was pretty amazing. I finished with S&S abs (what a great ab workout). I am really enjoying blending the S&S workouts. For me, they are fabulous weight training workouts. Although I love RWH - that is a tough series!

Great workouts everyone. I also understand undoing a workout in less than five minutes :(

Hello all, my workouts today were after church, I went to the wellness center and walked the indoor track using
Leslie's 1 mile walk music, then hopped on the ab machine. At home, I just finished the latest CatheLive, "Upper
Body w/Core Express", liked it a lot! Then I finished up with my elliptical and a 10 min. Bitgym workout on it.
Done! (I think) :)
 
Aqua girl...kicking butt today huh? No worries on the food. You're not alone. Friday eve I had 5 guys burger and fries. It's a chain restaurant that basically serves a heart attack on a plate. So friggin tastey but man I paid for it. They should serve a side of antacids or something. Anyway, today I did High Step Challenge. Still watching the hip, baby steps. It truly is a gift to be able to move your body. Have a great day everyone!

This evening I did Ice Total body compound live, using it as a MTB w/o so not using heavier than 10s except for one leg exercise. Good w/o as always with Cathe live.

Hey Peg, we have a Five Guys here too. Been there a few times, OMG, don't they give you a ton of fries, they put
Them in a bag here, do they do it that way there? You're right, the burgers are delicious, I usually always get the
Little or junior one, but they are even kinda big I think....I wish we had a Sonic here, have you heard of that chain?
I watch their commercials all the time, they crack me up!
 
Linda, YES! They put the fries into a cup, drop the cup into a brown paper bag then throw more fries into the bag which gets greasy right away. We use to have a Sonic near us but they closed. Unfortunately ! They had the best ice cream drinks. All very bad for you but soooo good. Like Elsie said "I love a good burger". After all that is when you pull out Body Max 2 or X77 and hope for the best!
 
I did an hour and a half yesterday on the cycle and 2 1/2 hours today. My legs are toast. I have a total rest day tomorrow. Hamstring is good but my wrist is bothering me. Getting old sucks!
 
Nice workouts again ladies! Y'all got me craving deep fried food! ;) I think yam fries are my fave!

I spent most of the day in bed knocked out with pain killers due to violent cramps. I'll be taking tomorrow off as well.
