Hi Everyone,

Today I did a 30 minute Milhoy hiit workout + another 15 minutes of an upper body workout by same. I did my own stretch.

What a beautiful day we are having!

I just got word I've been recalled to my division and will no longer be working in long term care. I am very sad. It's been such a wonderful opportunity to work with older people. That said, I could be redeployed again but this time into the community to help with agencies who are hurting for help e.g. food banks, health centres etc. I will know my fate on Monday.

Glad you are going back to your regular job. Older people can be a challenge, glad you enjoyed working with them.

The gym is reopening Monday but no classes until we go to green probably in 2 weeks. I am just happy to get back to the gym .

Today I laid in the sun for 145 minutes. It was nice.

I decided to do Jenny Ford Step by Step 2 today, even though I usually don't do formal workouts on the weekend.

Ceci - Are you a nurse? My hubby has been working in long term care and rehab facilities for many years. He is semi-retired now, only working two days a week. They just would not let him go.

Today I did a 30 minute Milhoy lower body workout + a 10 minute bicep burnout w/o + 10 minutes of pilates from SSOD + my own stretch.

Sherri - I have never done a Jenny Ford w/o but I am not a big fan of step w/o's unless they are functional. And I am a Social Worker. Nurses, PSW's, kitchen and maintenance staff in LTC homes do such demanding and physical work. I really admire them. What's your DH's role?

Hi all

Yesterday was a rest day. We went to the beach and it was a glorious day.

Today was TB Giant Sets Live and yoga. Now I am sitting at the pool since its another beautiful day.
