Good Saturday morning ladies,

Today I did more DanielPT - KB for total body for 30 minutes. I've been up since the back of 4 and I only managed a 30 minute workout. I mean where did the time go? I have to stop and get ready for work :)

Kraetite - I love Meso 3, especially squat rack legs (I don't have a squat rack). Enjoy!!

CoffeyFit Raw- "Overload #3 (boxing & lower body with weighted vest & egg wts) - 23 min.
YT-FawnFit- "1500 Steps Power Walk with wrist weights" - 12 min.

I tweaked my right shoulder my last workout so I'm trying to listen and rest for a few days. I will have something on the calendar for tomorrow.
