Today I did more SSOD - spin sculpt. It was tough but fun. I am in the office today but have tomorrow off.

Ceci did your daughter enjoy prom? When does she leave for college?

I enjoy the windows open as well but by hot flashes take over and I need the AC on especially to workout and sleep. My office at work is freezing but I'll take that over being hot .

Rest day today. We are at the beach.

Rest day here too. I laid in the sun for 2 hours, it was heavenly and not overly hot with a nice breeze.

Today was Giant Sets Live.

I went for a massage and reflexology which was needed.

Annette do you have a pool in your yard or do you just lay in the sun? My parents have an inground pool in there yard and they live in the same town as we do but I prefer the beach.

Lisa, I just lay in the yard. If I go to the pool it is the local town pool which is nice. I just go when I have the whole day to spend otherwise it isn't worth the money to me. And it has to be really hot so that getting in the pool is warranted.

Today I laid out for 2 hours again after church.

Ok, I ended up taking a brisk 35 minute walk.

So there I did something, LOL!
