Hi Everyone,

Today I did one of Cathe's latest Lives - Core Intensive? It was good and tough (the core part at the end - yikes). I added on a short Primal Movements Workout of about 10 minutes.

Good Sunday Morning!

Today I did a Cathe Live - burn sets for bi's and tri's (this is a go to workout for me - her live burn sets). I added on 10 minutes of primal movement. Now, to move on with my busy day.

Today is Father's day so Happy Father's Day to your hubby, Siobhan!! I hope he had a wonderful day.

So mostly we enjoyed visits from 2 of our 3 sons. 3rd son was working and just got engaged this past Thursday!! Not sure if I mentioned that , forgive me if I did. His finance wished my husband a happy Father's day which was sweet.

I found a shoulder workout online which consists of 5 exercises done for 10 reps each and repeated 4 times. So I did my abs floorwork for 20 minutes then added this shoulder routine . Seated Arnold press (10 reps), standing side laterals(10 reps), upright row(10 reps), front raise(10 reps) and kneeling on 1 knee 1 arm shoulder press and switch to other arm (10 each arm). Repeat 4 times through. I was using 8 pound dumbbells to start then dropped to 5's for some of the exercises. Total time between the abs and the shoulders was about 35 minutes. Tougher than I thought. Also much later for a quick workout than my usual.

Hopefully tomorrow I can do some cardio.
