Hi girls. I think I had an injury. I just realized it started the same time I started STS 2.0. This soreness has me concerned as I have an upcoming Mammogram and probably being paranoid.
I accidentally bumped or hit my chest area with weights and now I'm terrified as to if the injury is related to STS2.0 orif its something more.
Because of this I need to avoid weights and put a pause on STS. My Mammogram is not until Sept, but I suspect it could be the STS and weight program.
Either way I need to take a break from weights. I would very aaprciate healing thoughts and prayers for everything to be ok. So, I am changing up my workout to help heal things.
