Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did 2.0 Upper Body 2 - no bands. It was 51 minutes. I did my own stretches during the 1 minute rest periods for efficiency. I took a rest day yesterday as I had an early morning massage.

Hi girls. I think I had an injury. I just realized it started the same time I started STS 2.0. This soreness has me concerned as I have an upcoming Mammogram and probably being paranoid.
I accidentally bumped or hit my chest area with weights and now I'm terrified as to if the injury is related to STS2.0 orif its something more.
Because of this I need to avoid weights and put a pause on STS. My Mammogram is not until Sept, but I suspect it could be the STS and weight program.
Either way I need to take a break from weights. I would very aaprciate healing thoughts and prayers for everything to be ok. So, I am changing up my workout to help heal things.

Here's today's workout:

YT- MPL - Your Body will THANK YOU after this Quick Stretching Routine (Hamstrings, Hips, Back)= 7 Min
YT- Kaleigh Cohen Fitness- Workout with me!- 45-60 min Rhythm Ride + Encore= 63 Min
YT- Kaleigh Cohen Fitness- Post Workout Stretching- Stay for dessert!= 11 Min

Sorry about your injury, it seems that some of us are having quite the time here recently.
I will keep you in my prayers and hope that the soreness will go away with some rest.
Don't worry (easy to say, I know) but it sounds like maybe you pulled something in the
chest area, maybe with heavier weights. I never have lifted "heavy" weights, but when
I am dealing with pull, etc., I go lighter than I normally do anyway. I just do what I can
do and that's fine with me. It's awesome that others can lift heavy, but I can't. So, take it easy & take care....
 
Hi ladies,

Today was a rest day, I laid in the sun for 90 minutes which with the constant breeze felt wonderful. Went grocery shopping with hubby.

You gals need to take it easy and not injure yourselves.

Hi Everyone,

Another rest day today. I was out late (dinner) so am too tired to focus.

Nora - I hit my knee with a weight doing 2.0 and it hurt for about a week - almost like I shifted something. It's healed now. I hope your soreness heals quickly. 2.0 uses heavy weights!
