Today I did a 45 minute spin + 120 KB swings + my own stretch.

Today I beat my hubby downstairs and did the Taebo Get Amped workout which is 32 minutes long and I had on my wrist weights since I don't have the amped bar he uses.

Then I did 15 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Hi ladies

Yesterday was a rest day and today was a long walk and yoga.

Annette-my husband gets up at 430 so he can workout before I do. I give him a lot of credit for that.

Hi all,

Today was The Method Pilates Fusion - standing only. I was planning to do a barre warmup, but I just wasn't motivated today. I have been trying to do an extra workout on the weekends.

Today I just did my own KB challenges (100 each) + Milhoy biceps burnout workout + 10 minute pilates + my own stretch.

Lisa - 4:30 am? I love that! I love rising early. Early to bed, early to rise.
