Today I did a mix of Cathe's Perfect30 High Impact Cardio (that was tough) and added on 20 minutes of primal movement with Kettlebells. Sweatfest. Now, to stretch.

Today I did Cathe's Body Blast Legs & Glutes - I only did the standing portion. I added on a Lite Calorie Crush for 9 minutes. Wow. Body Blast workout was fun! Why don't i do these old workouts? the CC cardio workout was non-stop and a sweatfest. wow.
