Good Saturday Morning Annette and Cathletes,

Today I did a mix of Cathe's Perfect30 High Impact Cardio (that was tough) and added on 20 minutes of primal movement with Kettlebells. Sweatfest. Now, to stretch.

Played Putt Putt for 45 minutes.

No, we get home Tuesday, we will take 2 days to drive back since it is an 8 hour drive.

Hi Annette,

Today I did Cathe's Body Blast Legs & Glutes - I only did the standing portion. I added on a Lite Calorie Crush for 9 minutes. Wow. Body Blast workout was fun! Why don't i do these old workouts? the CC cardio workout was non-stop and a sweatfest. wow.

Today was lots of walking around Fontana Dam and then a beautiful cascading falls that was a hefty climb up to get to but we both made it.

Travel day tomorrow and Tuesday.
