Today I did another 2.0 for upper body - I did a mish mosh premix with no bands. I added on 5 minutes of MPL and stretched during the 1 minute rests.

Hi ladies,

Rest day, but hubby and I went looking for me some turf cleats and found some. So hopefully I will make it to the gym on Monday to try them out using the sled. They are Nike.

Sorry for the late check in. I had errands today with DH,so I ran late on getting my workout started & done.
But I did it!

Siobhan- Bravo on your workout today with:
STS 2.0 for upper body - I did a mish mosh premix with no bands, added on 5 minutes of MPL and stretched during the 1 minute rests. Sounds perfect love the combo.
Oh I tried STS 2.0 Trisets at the ehat you think is the end Cathe adds on a round of additional leg work,
very sneaky & mean. You can imagine her witch cackle.S so far it seems everyone is enjoying STS 2.0. I gotta agree so far loving it.

Annette- I hope you enjoyed your rest day. Sorry, I'm no knowledgable about Turf cleats. Is that sort of like football cleats?
I bet you will have fun with those come Monday or when you feel up to that.

STS 2.0 - Tri Sets Total Body= 61 Min
YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling - 15 min METABOLIC BOOSTING cycling workout = 15 Min
STS 2.0 - Mobility 2 = 18 Min

Turf cleats have rubber nubs for extra traction and grip on artificial turf or grass. It will allow me to get better traction when pushing the sled at higher weights. It won't tear up the artificial grass like metal cleats do.
