Good Saturday Morning Everyone,

Today I did Strong and Sweaty Giant Sets and added on S&S abs. It's was a sweatfest in this humidity.

Nice to see everyone checking in yesterday. Annette - so glad you are feeling more recovered. Thanks for the update. When can you work out again? You've had a tough week! So glad you're starting to feel more yourself.

Siobhan, I go for my post op appointment on Thursday, I will know more then. Originally, it was 14 days which would be Friday. But I am getting my hair done on Friday, YAY!! I am still super sore and tender. Can't lay on my right side, no tight clothes of any kind. So spandex is out. Not sure my exercise bras will work. Tine will tell.
