Good Morning Everyone,

Wow! Lots of 2's in this weekends date(s).

Today I did 3 short AA workouts - one for bodyweight (day 2), day 1 of another of his 30 day program which was mainly upper body and a tabata style biceps band workout for 5 minutes - wow. Love this guy. Now to get ready for work.

Nora - what a HUGE workout you did. wow!
FlemingCol56 - I just had to check out Hamelin D'Abell. I must try his workouts one day (are you comfortable sharing your first name with us?)
