Good Saturday Morning Everyone,

Today I did STS Meso 3 for shoulders, biceps and triceps - 1:07 minutes. It flew by. Wow!

Great workouts from everyone yesterday - well, except for Annette who had a heavenly rest in the sun!

Ok, I managed 20 minutes of some floorwork for abs, legs and glutes, little bit of weight work for triceps, back and rows with a twist and some weighted standing abwork plus I ran up the stairs to turn the a/c on and ran back down.

Oh and this morning I was at 179.5!!! I haven't seen the 170's in months so YAY for me!!

Today I did STS Meso 3 weeks 1 for Plyo Legs - about 46 minutes. I added on a 10 minute BB stretch.

Nice to see us all checking in this weekend. Have a wonderful Sunday friends.
