Nora, great workout yesterday with YT- MLP- 5-MINUTE MOVEMENT FLOW to Stay STRONG & FLEXIBLE= 5 Min Jessica Smith- Burn Fat & Have a Ball= 33 Min & XTrain- D9- Tabatacise= 45 Min and then I noticed that you added on another short Jessica walk :)

Annette, I see that you added on some floorwork later yesterday as well......hope all goes well Monday and that you will be able to come home that evening.

Today I did 20 minutes of 2, UFW International workouts. 10 minutes of each( they were very fast crazy moves), then I did a 17 minute Taebo.

I am beat and sweaty.

I'll likely be doing LITE, ICE or XTrain selections. I probably won't tackele STS 2.0 until after Sept. 6 MammogramJust to be safe. High fives on today's workout WTG!!;) Now go enjoy your Saturday;)

and Taebo WTG those sound like fun and a good way workout stress withthe kicking and punching.

YT- Kaleigh Cohen Fitness- Do This After Every Cycling Workout = 12 Min

Add in 17 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes plus standing abs too. Gotta get it in while I can.

this AM I did do another shorter blender workout- “Lift & Split It- Legs &
Shoulders” - 18 min. I did go easy on the leg exercises that I needed to.
