Hi Annette,

Today I did CG 30 minutes of low impact tabata - very doable + 30 minutes of pyramid mcfit method warrior beast chest. I just love pyramid weight training.

Even though I got up to work out yesterday, I took a rest day. Sore all over so I read and meditated.

Rest day yesterday and today. We are getting snow so we shall see if we have class tomorrow.
