Today I did Caroline Girvan's EPIC II Day 1 - 40 minutes of cardio (High Impact for 20 and low impact for 20). That was pretty enduring. Lost steam around the 70% mark but endured. I added on a short 18 minute Funk Roberts workout. I've got to get back into Cathe. I miss her workouts and energy. There's just so much variety available right now.
I had to lend out some of my weights to a young family member as weights are hard to come by and very expensive right now with gyms closed.
