Siobhan, I am so sorry! I had an”sneaking suspicion” that might be it, cause you rarely miss checking in for days at a time, unless on vacation, etc. Please take care & rest…….we’ll try to keep things going……hope you both are feeling a little better…and yes, you are extremely lucky to have neighbors that will do things like that for you….like walking your dog, etc.

Sorry ladies not feeling great today, still a bit sore and its the NFL Playoffs so no way I can use the TV or dvd player to workout. I think it's supposed to be a rest weekend for me.
