Uses: CrossRopes Ropeless 1/4 weighted Ropes, 1 Pair of db 12# db's

That's it for me today 2 NFl Palyoff games whoo hoo! Plus more NFL playoff games tomorrow & College Monday, YAY!!

Good Morning Everyone,

Yesterday I did a 30 minute KB workout (total body). Today I did a mix of a bodyweight workout, a KB abs workout and a squat mobility stretch. It was about an hour.
