I just did my own Caribbean inspired Dance routine so I could get a feel for the new moves I added. (I got feedback 2 weeks ago from my class when we tried it the first time, so I tweaked it). Not too bad, 41 minutes of constant movement gets you sweating.
Tapatalk still isn't working for me so I am posting from Cathe.com boards like in the olden days, LOL!!!!
