Today I did Funk Roberts - short bodyweight hiit + Mcfit method pyramid legs.

Sweat with Annette is the name of my class. Probably a rest day, maybe a little walking at Sam's Club. Nice short workout for you today.
 
Today I did more Caroline G - her weighted cardio workout + more mcfit method back (pyramid) + caroline g abs for 10 minutes and my own stretch.

Well, yesterday I sat down at the computer and had a disco cd in the player and my Sweat with Annette binder. I went through all my Kickbox workouts and those that were mixed and picked out simple moves and combos that I thought my Silver and Fit bunch could do.

I finished with a new kickbox circuit an hour long for my Silver and Fit group. Let's pray they like it.

Rest day today.

I am down 2 pounds just from making sure I get all my water in since I haven't really changed anything else. It is a bear drinking so much when it isn't hot.
