Wow. And that's all for February.

Hi Annette,

Today I did more lesmill on demand - a tabata workout for 30 minutes + 15 minutes of core conditioning. I will stretch now.

Another great day of workouts for you yesterday. wow. no wonder you get sore sometimes.

I will check in again tomorrow. I am in the office most of today and part of tomorrow (tomorrow is online).

Rest day here. After almost 6 months we finally got our reclining chair that had to be reordered when the 1st one arrived broken. That is a long wait. So now we can have at least 2 guests visit at a time possibly 3 if they are cozy and post COVID.
