Rest day again here. I did manage to write up a Step/Kickbox Fusion workout consisting of a warm up, 4 combos each having 2 basic step steps moves , a strictly cardio move, a moderate in ability step/kickbox move and a harder step/ Kickbox move then a cooldown.
Hoping that it comes out to be about an hour. If they want weights then I could mix it up and do the warm up, combo 1, then weights, combo 2, weights and a cooldown. And likewise for combos 3 and 4 in a different workout. So maybe 3 total workouts if weights are desired.
Hopefully tomorrow I will have a great workout.
