Hi Everyone,
Yesterday I did SSOD bootcamp - 45 minutes + my own stretch. It was tough.

Today I did more SSOD - more Rebecca bootcamp type workout for arms & abs + 20 minutes of Med ball + jump rope SSOD. Sweatfest.

I hope you ladies have been working out.

Re: work - I became a therapist as a volunteer/training opportunity (I always wanted an MSW but didn't want to lose my clinic skills and didn't want to change jobs either) but went private when where I volunteered no longer had room for me (they downsized by 50% office space). As the years have been passing, my enjoyment is turning into a busy job which I didn't foresee as I planned nothing :). I will find a balance sooner or later. In the meantime, I am enjoying the work and my DH enjoys the extra income :).

Yesterday was a rest day and today ICE Metabolic TB plus Abs and yoga.

Ceci its wonderful that you love what you do. I really enjoy working as well.
