Bonjour mes amies!

Today I did my own version of Cathe's Lite PP lower body - I did it in reverse instead, starting heavy and ending light. I added on some other stuff too from the workout blender - pyramid moves

Rest day here. Funny how if I start the thread for the day, nobody checks in that day[emoji848][emoji33]

Youngest son came home from work sick, actually he went to work sick. He came home stayed up maybe an hour and went to bed. No church for him tomorrow and hopefully he will feel up to going to work tomorrow.

Dare I say it's a triple post :)

Today I did my own WB of PPUB + STS same body parts + 20 minutes of SSOD cycling + my own stretch. I love a long workout (not too long - i took lots of breaks!)

Hi all

Yesterday was a rest day. We went into NYC for lunch and shopping.

Today was Total Body Cardio and Weights Live and yoga.
