Hi Annette,

I don't space for step workouts. If I did, I might be more likely to do them. Today, I did a mish mosh (when I started here I used to say mish mash as that's what many Canadians say) of things e.g. Caroline G's 20 minute core + 20 minutes of move with nicole pilates + my own stretch.

Lot's of snow here!

The police have been gently moving in on the protesters, slowly and steadily removing them one by one. This was not a peaceful protest but the removal has been. It has been a full on occupation and attempted overthrow of the government. Some protester painted on his truck - Freedom 2202 - I mean - how do you paint the year incorrectly on your 50,000 truck and then expect to lead a country? it's been very sad to watch....

My space is limited and I can't be too dynamic in my moves but I can make it work.

Hubby had just told me about the arrests in Canada and then I read what you wrote. It is sad. Everywhere there seems to be some type of unrest.

Rest day here, trying to buy a new washer and dryer and then get it. At the trailer rental place now.

Hi Annette,

My neighbour bought a new washer and dryer and is struggling with a delivery date.

Today I did Cathe's functional fitness live workout. I gotta say........ that was almost brutal for me. Very challenging and had to stop before the end of the minute many times. yikes. I enjoyed it. moved quickly and lots of variety.

And yes, what is happening in Canada is shocking and sad.
