Good Saturday Morning Everyone,

Today I did a Cathe Live - Burnsets for biceps and triceps. I am short on time so needed something quick (38 minutes).

Nora - OMGoodness - what a huge workout you did yesterday. Tabatacize (is it s or z?) slays me but you added on so much more. Wowza
Linda and Annette - great workouts yesterday. Linda - so much variety.

I have a very busy weekend. I am working all day today and tomorrow, making up for being away for a few days. I hope to check-in again tomorrow, fingers crossed.

Annette, another great "gym day" with 45 minutes on the elliptical and 22 minutes of leg machines and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a short stretch. I hate to keep saying
this, but I am in awe of how long you do the elliptical! 45 min! I love the elliptical, but
gosh, I know I could never do it straight for 45 min. I feel the same about the bike. . love it, but in shorter times.

You ladies have a great weekend. I'm using a "rest" pass.......:)
 
Hey ladies,

Rest day here. Nice workouts for you both. Hubby and I went up to Camp Hill for me to visit my bra store came home with 2 new bras 1 everyday and 1 exercise bra. Then we went to the mall in Harrisburg and I went to the bookstore while Hubby was in Bass Pro Shoppes. I got 3 new to me books so I am happy.

Then we went out to eat, now we are home.

Sorry for the late workout today. No time for check-ins but I will check in. I had Estate stuff to deal with so I've been on the clock so to speak since 6:30 AM when I got up. Hello's & waves to Linda, Siobhan, Annette;)

Here's today's workout:

YT- MPL - Your Body will THANK YOU after this Quick Stretching Routine (Hamstrings, Hips, Back)= 7 Min
CoffeyFit "RAW" Box & Pump 5= 34 Min
YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling- HIIT the road Jack!= 23 Min

Total calories burned= 744

Total Miles for February 2023 so far on bike 197.80 + 7.40 Miles = 205.20 Miles

Hi Everyone,

Today I did Xtrain for chest/back and shoulders. It was about 50 minutes. I did my own stretch.

Linda and Annette - nice rest days and... new bras!!
Nora - nice workout!

I am working most of the day today - half in the office and half at my home office/online so it's easier to access food and coffee when at home :)
