Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did STS Squat rack legs with very heavy weights. i added in Meso 3 biceps and chest then did SSOD 20 minute spin workout. It was good to have the time for a long leisurely workout.

Have a great weekend everyone. We have a long weekend here. It's family day on Monday. I am travelling to Vancouver next week so may not be checking in later in the week.

Ceci it's a long weekend here as well. Monday is Presidents Day. We took off Tuesday as well
 
Ahhh so fortunate for you to have an extra extra long weekend Lisa.

Today I did STS Meso 3 - back and shoulders. I added on a 20 minute SSOD hiit cycling workout. Good fun!
