Sorry I didn't post yesterday. I took a rest day. Today I did a mix of Caroline G's latest biceps and back + added on move with Nicole for 20 minutes of core. So glad to be working out again.

I got a step from one of my ladies(Judy) at the gym yesterday.

So today I tried a CDorner Step portion of a step, boxing and booty workout on YouTube. So I did the 19 minute step portion to re acquaint myself with the step. It was something.

Nice workout for you, glad you are back at it.

Hi Annette,

Today I did Cathe's latest live Plyo Legs for 42 minutes. I will do my own stretch. I went skating again last night for just under an hour at an outdoor rink near my house. It was fun! I've always loved skating.

Hi Siobhan,

So I tried some more of my own step moves adding in punches and kicks. Roughly 15 minutes of my own stuff on the step. I am getting more comfortable just need space as I was doing it upstairs in the spare bedroom and a ceiling fan oh my! So glad you got more skating in.

I can only roller skate and I am not allowed to do it anymore since I fell the last time (18 years ago) and broke my elbow so no more skating for me, sadly.
