Good Saturday Morning Everyone,

Today I did a 40 minute Cathe live - Cardio boxing with plyo legs. It was really fun! Now, to stretch.

Good morning all, yes, this will be a rest weekend, but I did do this week's CatheLive yesterday evening,
"Gold & Fit"- 53 min. It was a great, very low impact, light & fun workout. I rarely do one workout lasting
53 min. but this one was so much fun and light and the time flew by ! Glad I got it in...

Great job this morning, Siobhan, with CatheLive Cardio boxing & Plyo Legs! and of course, a relaxing stretch!

Annette, sounds like you had a great workout with Taebo Circuit for 52 min. WTG! Hope the squish o gram
went good. Fun times, huh? :)

Yes, I did have some good passport workouts yesterday....I am loving the Hydrow app workouts, so many
rowing workouts in great locations, as well as "On the Mat" workouts I am discovering that are also fimed
outdoors in different locations.....They also recently added Circuit Training workouts and so far, most of them are filmed indoors, but I love them as well, they are rowing, alternating with off the rower bodyweight & dumbbell moves. I love those type of workouts....

Linda, where do you live? No snow here, just mid 40's to 60 degree weather for the next week and a half. Some rain later on next week. We aren't even really having 'winter' per se.


No workout today. Late night last night so slept in today.

Hi Everyone,

Glad to see us all getting in a workout. I did a short workout blender today of PLB and interspersed some cardio segments from various low impact cardio workouts. It was about 35 minutes. I am short on time today as I am in the office this morning then heading to Ottawa for winterlude. I still have to pack. It's not looking good. The weather is too warm so the canal may be shut down. So sad. I love skating the canal - 7.8 KM is pure joy! lots of warming centres along the way.

no workout to report….Siobhan, great blender workout and enjoy your trip….hope you will be able to skate …. That is something I have never tried…I don’t think I would be able to do that…I have weaker ankles….

We eat in your town frequently on our travels.

Ok I did 20 minutes of calisthenics type exercises plus floorwork because my restless leg syndrome was getting the better of me and exercise helps. I was also watching the puppy bowl, so cute.

So I did something, and hopefully it will work.

Oh and Linda my friend from college sent her daughter to college in your town.

Small world.
 
Oh, that's neat, who knows, maybe one of these days we will get to meet! Yes, big college here.....
Good job with calisthenics and floorwork to relieve restless leg syndrome. Hope it helps too.
