Today I did Boho Beautiful Pilates for 35 minutes. That's it for me today.

Nora - I didn't realize Kaleigh has a rotation to follow, just like Cathe. I guess that helps you know what you are doing each day and don't have to overthink it.

I decided to do a short bike workout this AM, so I did IFit- "Royal Navy Dockyards Interval Bike Ride in
Bermuda" - 16 min. That's it for the weekend........

Nice 35 min. Boho Beautiful Pilates this AM Siobhan.

Happy Saturday & weekend everyone:)

I had great workout plans today, a cycle ride and weights. I bent over to give my dog a hug and one of my hamstrings had a minor pull, so I decided ignoring tight legs to workout anyways was not in the plan for today. I choose to take a rest day today and tomorrow.

Siobhan- I like your workout today sounds perfect for Saturday. Nicely done on today's workout with:

Today I did Caroline Girvan for arms and abs - 37 minutes. I will do my own stretch now.

I guess everyone took a rest day yesterday except for Linda and me. We both got in a shorty of a workout. December is always so busy. I recall years ago (maybe a decade and a half ago) when Cathe posted something about it being ok to do shorter workouts in December because it's such a busy time of year. I pretty much stick to this advice every December as I used to do nothing if I couldn't work out for an hour.

Yep, yesterday was a rest day for me. I may end up with a rest day today because we will be soooooo busy!
