Mid December already? Whoa!

Annette - why does your gym close so early? Do you like working out at home or not as much?

Today I did a very short 25 minute weighted abs and push up workout from Caroline G. Somehow, the month of December always leaves me doing shorter workouts. I remember years ago Cathe saying that December is so busy, go easy on yourself and just try to get in what you can - something like that. I've adopted this philosophy every December since :)

Ceci, the gym closed because the governor put us on lockdown again for 3 weeks. It wasn't by choice.

I can workout from home but I just don't have access to heavier weights and a barbell at home. I need to work on a routine for my newest music cd so I will have something to occupy me.

Probably a rest day here.

Ahhh. lockdown. We've been on lockdown for weeks. My DD's are in Ottawa. They aren't on lockdown so they've been doing my xmas shopping for me.

Today I did Mcfit Pyramid weight training - biceps and chest.

Good luck with your workouts in the coming weeks.
 
Hi Siobhan,

Well yesterday at Sam's club hubby bought me a small bench that inclines and declines and folds up for storage. So today he put it together and I just tried it out for about 25 minutes of some weight work using my 10 and 12 pound dumbbells. Yay!! It does the trick!!

So now I can do bench work here at home.
