Good Morning,

I am already at work. I forgot to start the check-in. Today I did a short 30 minutes RWH LIH2 cardio workout. That's it.

Well no workout but maybe abs later.

But, I was down another half pound this morning YAY!! I do hate when I lose it on Friday since I know that the weekend could ruin it. But hey, a half a pound is half a pound. My goal was 170, I am now at 168.5!!! Whoohoo!!

Congrats on the weight loss - however small. Great workout yesterday too.

Today I did Tapout XT for upper body. It was about 55 minutes with lots of push-ups. Now, I'm at work!
