Today I only did a 30 minute move with Nicole core workout. I was tough. I will do my own stretch.

Nora - so glad you are and your DH are liking MPL. I subscribe to him now. It's about $40 Cdn which is a lot!

Great workouts yesterday Linda and Annette. Linda - I also love Xmas workouts. I tend to only do about 30 to 40 minutes during December. Such a busy month!

Annette, Great 73 minutes of weight work for biceps and triceps using machines and dumbbells plus floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch. Sounds like you have a lot too do before your foot surgery.

Today's workouts:

CatheLive- Jingle All The Way ! (Christmas workout-2019) I shortened it, doing the warmup, Upper Body section & stretch- worked out to be about 25 min.

Interval Timer App- 10 min. Ropeless Jump Rope & Low Impact Cardio Intervals

Peloton- 10 min. Holiday Arms & Light Weights

IFit- Power Hiit & Core Rowing Series- Workout #2- 25 min.

Two weeks until Christmas, girls !! Have a good Sunday !

Today I did 50 minutes of Cathe's STS total body workout. Remember that one? It was really good!!! Very little dread. I didn't do the floor work.

Linda - I will squeeze in a Christmas Cathe Workout (live) before Xmas.
Nora - nice long work out and great variety

Hi Nora, yes, I know, I was confused .....:) I think probably what happened was you copied
my post that I did the Holiday Bike Bootcamp and was going to comment on it, but that part
didn't get posted. I just took it to mean you did that too, and I was excited that maybe you
were trying out the Peloton bike workouts LOL! I know sometimes when I am copying & carrying over, I go back to what I had typed and it's not there ! I have to start over .....don't know why that happens!
