Good Morning Everyone,

Short workout for me today as I have to get into the office for just after 8am (clients). So.... I did SSOD 30 minutes of spinning to the 80's. Just love SSOD. I will renew my subscription.

Have a great day my friends in fitness. Xmas dinner tonight with one of my DH's clients. In office tomorrow again but I'll have time to work out and go to mass - which helps normalize the weekend for me.

Today I did my own Kickbox fun with add Ons 2 for 47 minutes. Definitely have to work on the timing in this one. I was still doing the kickboxing stuff when the CD bleeped that I was supposed to start abs, oops so my timing was off.

Still a great workout.

Timesaver #4. I like it until floor leg work with ankle weights— that I misplaced during move.

I’m within 2-lbs of my goal weight and enjoy how clothes fit again. Now to get my IBS under control. Ugh.

Today I did strong and sweat total body giant sets. The whoooooooooooole thing. that was Uhhhmazing! Busy day. I am in the office all afternoon today (mass first).

Today was Metabolic Mashup Live. I love Metabolic workouts. I just came back from a massage and later I am going to get my hair dyed. The gray has taken over .
