Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did my own WB mish mosh of ICE and Supercuts cardio mixed in between EDT biceps/triceps and chest/shoulders (I just don't like working my back - not sure why). It was 45 minutes.

Have a great day everyone. I work today (only a bit - one client plus supervision appt) and then the weekend is mine. phew!

Morning to you Ceci, wow, what a workout! I don't like working shoulders. Funny what we don't like or avoid. lol. You must very excited to see your daughter again.
Henriette, your body will be so much more into it after your healing time and you will get more from your workouts. You will be glad you did this for yourself!! I know you have a lot of energy though to work out!! :D

Yesterday after my painful acupuncture appointment, I went to sleep for 10 hours, so I didn't work out. lol. Been a frustrating past few days.I paid for priority or expedited shipping with Canada Post to get Xmas gifts for people. They should have arrived Thursday and I still do not have any of it. Now, my presents being sent to my family will very likely not get there on time. Not happy at all. I am always away from my family for the holidays and what I have is to send gifts. Canada Post is giving a refund for the 4 incidents, but it's not about the money really. What a muck up.
Anyway, this weekend I will probably try to squeeze in celebrating my Birthday with something. That ought to lift my spirit a bit!! :)

I talked briefly to Linda yesterday and she has not been well, but keeping up with our check-ins. ((feel better soon aquagirl)).

Hi ladies!

I am checking in with no w/o. As expected. I hope u r all right that I will feel better and get stronger and more out of my w/o's after a break.

Today was a super long day. Started at the bball club at 10am for an away game... Got back at 1700. Tonight we are going to a prof bball game so no time to go home before it.

I am exhausted... Slept more than 10 hours last night and hope to do the same again tonight. If we didn't have tickets for the game tonight I would have been asleep on the couch by now. I guess my body really is telling me something.

Hi gals,

According to my phone 's walking fitness thingy I walked over a mile at the gun show and logged over 4000 steps. But technically it was more since I didn't start the thing til about a third of the way through. So that will be it. In essence a rest day here for me.

This evening I did Barlates Fusion at the Wall Inner Thighs & a 30 minute 'Sweat Sesh' flow yoga practice. Felt real good. I used some of the Groupon bucks I had to get a Yoga streaming sub since I've been slowing it down most times lately. Yay for freebies! :)
Tonight, we are ordering yummy Greek food with a couple of friends! And there's cake!

Today i did my own workout blender workout which was an EDT legs/back workout. it had cardio mixed in from xtrain series. I also did a 10 minute you tube KB workout for legs.

Elsie - happy birthday. i hope you enjoyed your day. what kind of cake did you have?
Linda and Henriette - please stay with the check in - sorry you both are struggling a bit with working out. I hope you both get better soon
I hope you enjoyed your day off annette. the body needs a break from time to time.

I hope to see you all tomorrow. it's pretty snowy here today and will be a cold week.
