Hi Everyone,
Today I did Cathe's recent live with the med ball. It was tough for me cos i used an 8 pound weight instead. I added on a Dasha workout that was short - KB swings with jumps.
Yesterday I did some Cathe pyramid pump + Cathe's LI sweat or something for her Lite series maybe? or another series - I can't remember. It was good too.
