Hi Everyone,

Today I did Cathe's recent live with the med ball. It was tough for me cos i used an 8 pound weight instead. I added on a Dasha workout that was short - KB swings with jumps.

Yesterday I did some Cathe pyramid pump + Cathe's LI sweat or something for her Lite series maybe? or another series - I can't remember. It was good too.

I hope to see you all tomorrow. Enjoy your workouts everyone.
 
Hi all

Welcome back Siobhan. We are on vacation the first week in September. We are not ready to fly yet so no West Coast this year. Most likely a road trip up to NE area as those states are safer.

Yesterday was a rest day and today CL 175 LI Hiit plus upper body and Core. I will tack on yoga later.

Hi everyone!

KY & an old UB Giant Sets routine so far. My son & his GF are visiting through next week so time in our gym is at a premium with 5 people using it multiple times a day. ( Busiest room in the house!) We’ll be hiking and I planned my WOs to be flexible and if necessary portable to our small loft.

Lisa, I hope that our Covid numbers stay lower. Ours in NH are inching back up. Not so much far north where we live but middle of the state down. Knock on wood, our tiny town hasn’t had a single case - we’re too ornery. ;)

Today was Jenny Ford Super Sweaty Step. I just needed some cardio to loosen up my joints..lol.
