Good Morning Annette, PoohPeggy and Cathletes :),

Today I did a mix of 10 minutes of shoulders (Caroline G) + 40 minutes of movement parallels life. Time to stretch!

Hi Fitness Friends,

Today I did a mix of Caroline G's Epic 3 III for chest and triceps - I only survived 30 minutes (25 if you consider the chat at the start). It was brutally tough. I gave up. I added on 15 minutes of bodyweight leg Caroline G and did my own stretch.

PoohPeggy - how are your legs after your Cathe workout?
 
My knees and wrists can not support the weight I need for the deep burn. They hurt before I can get the right weight. My muscle memory is fantastic. Surprised me. I am hoping to do the Slow Heavy Series next month. Time under tension slowly.
