Weekend Check in Saturday, August 31st and Sunday, September 1st, 2024

Good Morning Everyone,

I am off to Ottawa this morning but managed to squeeze in a workout. Today I did an old Cathe Live - Cross Fire Quick Fix Core (I think). It was 33 minutes and really good. I won't be working out until Wednesday, I suspect.

Linda - changing things up for change sake is as good a reason as any!

Great workouts had by all yesterday. Have a wonderful long weekend.

Cathe Live - Cross Fire Quick Fix Core= 33 minutes WTG!! Cross Fire is a good one! No worries on the not working out 'til Wednesday, plus you'll probably get your walking in and that counts as workout in my book.
