Weekend Check-in Saturday, August 30th & Sunday, August 31st, 2025

Good Saturday Morning Everyone,

I managed another short 30 minute C&E upper body workout this morning. I'm in the office all day today (and working most of the long weekend). My line of work slows down in the summer by about 30% but not this summer. Very strange, indeed.

Hi ladies,

Today I did one I haven't done in awhile, called Kicking Workout to Burn Fat Fast on YouTube. It was 43 minutes of basic kicks, jumping kicks and flying kicks(which are very difficult mind you) . The workout is from Bentpinkeez.

Very sweaty workout. But a good one , nice workout Siobhan, sorry you have to work.

Sorry, no workout to check in with today. My dog decided to wake me up barking several times- so not much sleep. SO, I opted to skip today's workout due to lack of sleep and DOMS from the other day.
