Hi Everyone,

Today I did Cathe's FitSplit - metabolic conditioning workout. Sweating!!!!

Annette - 2 classes yesterday? it seems you've been doing some double classes lately. How do you stay focused? Doesn't it tire you out? You got game!

I just noticed the new boss workouts are available on the blender. Geesh. This is the first time I missed catching new workouts. I bought the boss band set but it hasn't arrived yet. Soon, I'm sure.

Yes, 2 days this past week I did ( taught) back to back classes, it is tiring by the end of the week. I am glad that Mike the other instructor comes back next week.

Today I actually went to the gym and did 45 minutes on the elliptical and a few rounds on the back machine.

I also laid in the sun earlier for an hour and a half.

I will have a rest day tomorrow.
 
Hi Everyone,

Today I did a mix of Caroline G's latest bodyweight cardio - that was enduring. I modified a lot! I added on Cathe's STS Squat rack legs using the workout blender. I added on cathe's lite biceps.
