Good Saturday Morning Everyone,

Today I did more CG for back/delts/biceps for 45 minutes and added on 15 minutes of a CG bodyweight workout.

Annette - I clicked on your pic and saw your dress. I'm guessing you had it altered? It's so lovely on you.

Hi ladies,

Yes, Siobhan I had the neckline changed to a V and it looks sooo much better.

Today I managed 32 minutes of FITT TECH CARDIO KICKBOXING Upper Body Basic Level workout. Lots and lots of arms but I was doing it for some cardio.

So yay me on a Saturday getting a workout in.
