Today I did a short 30 minutes SSOD cycling workout + added on Lite Pyramid Pump shoulders.

Today I did more cycling and added on Cathe's RWH chest/back via the workout blender (made my own workout).

P.S. I bought the nourishing guru's cleanse - not to do a cleanse 'cos I don't believe in that personally. I bought it to see if I could clean up my diet a bit and maybe help my hormones. The cleanse is food based so there is no not eating.

I did it for a week (am doing it again this week as I am more prepared) and have sooooooooo much more energy (no napping) and have experienced no withdrawal symptoms from cutting back on coffee. I did not crave sugar once and I eat chocolate daily. It has also helped me introduce new foods e.g. chia seed pudding, eat even more vegetables/fruit and less meat. My DD has been doing it too. She lost weight on it right away but that might be because she stopped eating Mcdonald's breakfast sandwiches :(

Today was Twenty Five Live.

Ceci I love to hear about nutrition stuff like that. My biggest problem is sugar. I don’t eat anything processed,very little meat,lots of fruits and veggie and all organic but I cannot seem to kick the sugar habit. I just love my cookies cake etc and it doesn’t help that we have amazing organic bakeries around here!

The weather is amazing again today. I am off for a massage and to get my hair done. They gray has taken over again.
