Hi Everyone!

Today I started the last week of month 3 of my rotation. KY & 40 minutes spinning intervals and 10 minutes of TM as a cool-down then some decompression hanging and Pilates Arc stretching.

I worked out yesterday. I did a 30 minute jump rope dudes workout + an upper body Cathe live workout but only did 30 minutes.

Today, I did 45 minutes of jump rope dudes. who knew jump rope could be so darn fun!

I’ve seen the jump rope dudes stuff. I’m in awe of you doing those workouts!

Today was KY & Tabatacise. I had read a review that said one Tabata followed the one before. I obviously cued it up wrong. I only got warm-up, Tabata 1 & cool-down. I liked it! I decided to tack on the Intermediate Step from Step Boss - It was pure joy!

Today, was Trace Long Training Strength in Movement to start the workout week. Not my favorite but a workout is a workout. Also, starting to eat better had a salad yesterday & today. Obviously, plan on investing in some Cathe workouts soon.
