Annette- I got to agree getting one's hair done does make you feel better, it's like magic. Great job on your workout of:
20 Min floorwork consisting of: Abs, legs and glutes. Also some light weights for shoulders, triceps and biceps. Then a 41 min downtown walk = 3.20 miles- Nicely done today high fives!!
