Weekend Check-in Saturday, August 16th & Sunday, August 17th, 2025

Good Morning Everyone,

I managed a short 36 minute cardio workout by Chris & Edi (Edi only). Time to get ready for work.

Annette - WTG with your cardio hairmax workouts yesterday :)
ChelePA - good job with your step/barre workout! Please feel free to start the daily check-in if you are up first! Anyone can start it.
Nora - I'm never a fan of an unexpected rest day. We love our workouts and miss them when they can't happen :(
Waves to Nicki and Aqua Girl

My youngest DD was visiting this past week and heads back today. She will be missed. Sniff sniff. My eldest DD is visiting in a week for a couple of weeks so the house will be messy and loud again as she brings a dog and lots of clothing with her.

CeceFifi… sounds like some nice quality time with your daughters I’m not looking forward to the day my daughter moves out. She’s going for her masters after she graduates so I still have time.

CD’s advanced step with Guy this morning. 45 minutes. I sometimes have trouble with his teaching style. Chris only did the warm up. It was doable at 132 BPMs. Fun! Added on a 30 minute power step routine with Audrey as the guest. All Prince music ❤️. Nice cardio effect.
 
Hi ladies,

I got my hair done and I feel so much better.

Today I only did 20 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes plus some light weights for shoulders, triceps and biceps. And some of the abwork was weighted as well. So not bad for a day that I had intended to be a rest day.

Nice workouts ladies and nice visits from adult kids.

I'm Glad you had a nice week long visit with your youngest DD. Plus soon your oldest will be visiting and that will be fun as well. Kids are so special no matter their age, we will treasure them always.

Annette- I got to agree getting one's hair done does make you feel better, it's like magic. Great job on your workout of:

20 Min floorwork consisting of: Abs, legs and glutes. Also some light weights for shoulders, triceps and biceps. Then a 41 min downtown walk = 3.20 miles- Nicely done today high fives!!

Today I managed about 40 minutes of a total body C&E workout. I am loving these two.

Nora - we both did a short and sweet full body workout this weekend :)

Warmed up with 15 minutes Pilates. Followed by an endurance ride. 22 miles. Finished with an extended stretch. Headed to a fundraiser for the local animal shelter.

CeceFifi… I’ve been doing step since the 80s. But it did take me some time to adjust to CDorner annd KGB’s instruction. I was so used to Cathe.
 
Today was a rest day. I did lay in the sun for 2 hours and 15 minutes. It was very hot and humid.

Nice workouts.
