Good Morning,

Today I did 30 minutes of MPL + 10 minutes of Cathe's PP for biceps. Short but good. Now, to stretch.

Hi Siobhan,

I managed to take a 40 minute walk downtown , just needed to do something.

Last evening I did my 30 minutes of floorwork, might try and do that again.

Hi Annette,

Today I did a mix of Caroline G's Fuel PHA - whoa. brutal. I added on Cathe's Shock Cardio Series - Pyramid workout which was challenging. I used to find this workout very tough but today, even after a tough workout with CG, I was able to do it entirely (it's short but leaves you breathless). I've been missing Cathe these past few days.
