I took a rest day yesterday. I have a lot going on with work and my younger sister has been in ICU for 11 days and counting. She seemed slightly improved yesterday.
Today I did another mish mosh of Cathe's Cross Fire (10 minutes) + Caroline G's bi's and tri's + abs. I will do my own stretch now.
