Hi Everyone,

I did a bit of a workout today. I managed a 30 minute sydney cummings upper body workout + a bit of xtrain for chest + 10 minutes of a youtube ab workout and now I am starting my extensive stretching! seems stretching my hips is helping a lot. too much sitting going on in my life.

Today was a 2 hour hike. The weather is magnificent. I hope to get some yoga in as well.

Ceci I hear you on the hip stretching. Mine feel so much better when I am consistent with it.

Hi Everyone,

Today I did Amped Up (barre dvd) from start to finish. It was fun! and tough at times. I had to stop a lot. I added on 20 minutes of sydney cummings stretch workout + my own yoga moves.

Good morning, ladies! Yesterday I did a Week-End Warrior class the gym followed by a 4 mile walk on the treadmill. Today the plan is S&S Giant Sets and a timesaver Kick Punch and Crunch.
I have not heard of Sydney Cummings. CeciFifi, what types of workouts does she have? Might check it out. Thanks!
