Hi Everyone,

Today I did my own workout blender workout of cardio/chest/back/legs + stretch from some old and some newer workouts! Flew by!

I hope to see you all tomorrow. That said, I've been burning out on workouts since lockdown started. I haven't taken a rest day in 12 days... I might rest on Monday and sleep in.

Rest day today.

Ceci you definitely deserve a rest day. I took an active recovery week this past week and it was really hard to do with the lockdown but I really needed it.

Ok, today youngest son and I took a 45 minute walk around town. It was something and I sweated.

We hit Sam's Club and were able to stock up on food so that was good. They are only allowing so many people in at a time but the wait wasn't too bad.

Hi Everyone,

Today I did a bodyweight only lower body workout by Milhoy. I added on Lite PP biceps.

annette - how do you walk around town? do you live in a very small city? I could only walk around my neighbourhood and even that would take a good hour+ On that note, I hope to take a walk today. it looks beautiful outside. I have errands to run for an older friend. Anyone over 70 or with compromised health in any capacity were ordered a week ago to stay inside completely for 2 weeks. I gave my friend netflix as well. She is loving int! We got netflix for my MIL and my husband's great aunt who finally figured out how to log on (she's 89).

Lisa - it's so hard for me to take a rest week - a day or two - sure. is it guilt? i don't know.

Yes, Ceci, we live in a small town and we live in the town 2 or 3 streets from the borough limits. Only 2 streets off of main street. 20 minutes from our house down 3 rd street then up to main street almost gets you to the other side of town. Another maybe 5 minutes would get you to the high school which is on the opposite side of town. I used to walk to the high school and back which was 2 miles but the hills got to me.
Walking on main street is flatter.

Anyway, after getting up early enough to see out Palm Sunday service on line, I then took a shower and did about 30 minutes of some kickboxing drills and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes upstairs in my room before coming down. Little bit of exercise is better than nothing.
