Hi Siobhan, rest day here too.

Haven't heard anything today from my brother so hopefully everything is still a go for today or tomorrow.

Found our yesterday that my youngest son's girlfriend's family all got covid after her brother got it probably from his work. They are all recovering nicely.

Today I did Cathe's fairly recent live legs workout. I added on lesmill abs and my own stretch.

it's the same here - entire families are falling ill. What a time.
