Weekend Check in Saturday April 11th & Sunday April 12th, 2020

Hi Everyone,

Today I did a 35 minute Milhoy tabata workout (very tough) and added on SSOD - 10 minutes of pilates abs. I did my own stretch.

Working from home this weekend but not too much (online counselling). Easter is a bust in our house but my eldest DD and her boyfriend are cooking (he's a chef) an Easter dinner and my youngest DD will drive over and pick up dinner for her and her roommate.

Hi ladies,

Today we are getting a new OVEN/STOVE!!!! YAY!!

So while hubby is getting it, I did Kelly Coffey Meyer's free RAW workout from yesterday, it was Box and Tone and was 30 minutes long. It was a good short workout for a Saturday.

My lower back is really hurting me, think I slept wrong, so I was happy to do anything.

After watching our Easter Service, I spent 2.5 hours cleaning out and reorganizing my closet. Whew!! Glad it is done but not sure I found room for everything, might have to tackle it again,sigh.

Annette it must be something in the air as I spent hours cleaning and organizing kitchen cabinets today’s :)

Today was RWH LI HIIT both workouts plus Abs a half hour walk and a Sydney Cummings stretch.
