Weekend Check-in, Sat & Sun, Oct. 5 & 6, 2024

Hello, Ladies!
Today I did a 45-minute cardio and heavy weights workout at the gym. Forgot to take pics today and it was a good one!

Hi ladies,

Today was a 54 minute Advance Taebo #8 off YouTube, twice the sound cut off and while the workout continued the sound was from the beginning, eventually the correct sound resumes. I had my wrist weights on for half of it.

So chalk up another Saturday workout for me,Yay!! Nice workout Nicki and enjoy your rest Linda!

Rest day tomorrow.

Good Sunday Morning Everyone,

Je suis retourne!!!! Today I did a Cathe Live - her latest B&G 2 for 40 minutes. I added on 15 minutes of a jump rope/bodyweight workout by Phoenix Nation. It was good to work out this morning. I hiked up the mountain two mornings this past week (just an hour a day) and, otherwise, walked a lot. I did not hit the gym. It was nice to be away and I love our French Canadian culture. Ottawa is both French and English but outside of Montreal, Quebec is all French! It's a bit of a culture shock, even for me.

Nice to see everyone keeping up the check-in and getting in your workouts. Have a great day!

Welcome back Siobhan! and nice CL B&G 40 min workout this AM. Sounds like you had
a wonderful trip and got in some hiking/walking too! I know, from doing my travel workouts,
many in Canada from time to time, that Ottawa/Montreal are beautiful places.

My rest days usually fall during the week depending on my work schedule. I'm you are rearing to go for the new week.
